decided to give it up~
viewed another place in tampines~
gave the deposit and signed the OTP~
it's no matter whatever however better than sembawang right.
nom made fun of me when i told him about sembawang la;
but if i'm getting the tampines unit.. i cant quit samurai-ing.
yeyyness. no need to learn new stuns. haha
hopefully the seller with agree with our terms la.
